The platform “botanist " assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by the participation of users on the platform or with users on the platform, including but not limited to the loss of profits, data, assets, movable and/or immovable funds. The terms of Use shall be governed by the local laws, namely the law of the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan, and the place of litigation shall be in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, hereinafter referred to as “[jurisdiction]”.
